The RACWeB project intends to contribute to the realization of the vision of the extended Europe. Besides RACWeB, Western Balkans pursue several Customs reformation interventions towards this direction. The aim in this section of the website is to raise the awareness among potential stakeholders and beneficiaries about on-going and planned modernization initiatives in Customs Administrations. At the same time, information enclosed in this section will also target European countries in order to clear any scepticism about the safety of transports in the countries of Western Balkans.

Due to the strong regional character of the project, special emphasis will be given to the countries of the Western Balkans in order to foster a common perception about the objectives of the project and in particular the role of risk assessment in safeguarding transportations in Europe.
